The University Bachelor of Technology (B.U.T) Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations is a national university diploma that leads to a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3).
The program includes lectures, tutorials, supervised and independent group work, as well as several internships. The program is also open to apprentices from the second year onwards.
Objectives
Steering the financial management and human resources of organizations, through a complete university education:
- Socio-economic and legal environment: economics, sociology, law, management, marketing, human resources, etc.
- Management techniques and tools: accounting, taxation, digital tools and management mathematics...
- Communication: written and oral expression, general culture, English, project management...
A practical experience developed by :
- internships: nearly 6 months of internships over the three years, in France or abroad
- an openness to socio-economic issues through speakers, projects, cultural activities and trips
Skills
The University Bachelor of Technology (B.U.T) GEA enables students to acquire 5 major skills:
- Analyze the socio-economic and legal dimensions of an organization
- Understand and use management tools
- Know how to communicate and work in project mode
Depending on the specialization chosen in the second year, two additional skills are added:
- Manage personnel administration
- Managing human resources development
or :
- Produce accounting, tax and financial information
- Implement financial analysis and forecasting tools
These skills are developed throughout a multi-disciplinary training program with real-life assignments, in partnership with the local economic fabric:
- Marketing, corporate strategy, financial mathematics, languages
- Workplace situations (SAE): accounting simulation game, field surveys, awareness-raising and support for setting up a business or association through the Pépite program.
- Understanding the social and solidarity economy

From the second year onwards, part of the curriculum depends on the specialization chosen at the end of the first year: Accounting, Tax and Financial Management or Human Resources Management and Control.
In the second year, the opportunity to spend a semester abroad in Canada (Chicoutimi) or Norway (Østfold).
