Prepared in 2 years under the aegis of the Université d'Orléans, the "Capacité en Droit" is a diploma that offers as many people as possible the opportunity to :
- Obtain the equivalent of the baccalauréat, to pursue legal studies in higher education
- To study law even if you already have a bachelor's degree
It's a demanding course, requiring a considerable investment of time and excellent organization.
Target audience :
- 17 years of age in the year of registration.
- No diploma is required.

Skills
- Knowledge imparted: The "Capacité en droit" provides the fundamental knowledge required for the study of law at university. Students acquire a legal culture and cross-disciplinary knowledge delivered by core subjects in private law (civil law, criminal law, labor law and commercial law) and public law (constitutional law and administrative law).
- Methodological skills: Students in the "Capacité" program are introduced to the study of law through general courses and tutorials, enabling them to acquire the basic legal techniques common to the judicial and administrative professions. The fundamentals of methodology are taught during the two years of the "Capacité": legal dissertation and commentary on laws and case law.
Program
Face-to-face courses at "Eure-et-Loir Campus, 21 rue de Loigny la Bataille" in Chartres from September to June.
Lectures and tutorials are given from Monday to Thursday, from 6:00 pm to 8:15 pm (exceptionally on Fridays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm), by experienced teachers and professionals.
This training is perfectly compatible with a professional activity.
