Background and Objectives of the Training Program
The creation of the Inter-University Diploma “Trusts: Training Tomorrow’s Professionals” is a
high-level legal training initiative designed to address a practical need in this field.
A legal training program of excellence, unique in France, bringing together the best professionals in the field to:
- meet the expectations of practitioners;
- master cutting-edge technical tools;
- train today to make a difference tomorrow.

The DIU program "Trusts: Training Tomorrow's Professionals" is a 200-hour in-person training program
, which may be supplemented by online courses. It is structured around four certificates.

Admission
Admission requirements
The DIU program “TRUST: Training Tomorrow’s Leaders” is open:
- For continuing education: for legal and trust professionals (lawyers, notaries,
certified public accountants, banks, management companies), employees, and future entrepreneurs;
- For law and notary schools;
- And subject to availability, for undergraduate students: students holding a Master’s 1 degree or higher (Master’s 2, Ph.D.) in law who wish to specialize in this field.
Selection: based on application (by the course directors) and/or interview (by the course directors).

Mandatory prerequisites
Prerequisites: Master 1 in Law (or diploma deemed
equivalent by the scientific directors of
the course) or 3 years' experience
professional experience related to the
diploma (assessed by the course directors).
