Background and objectives of the training program
The creation of the "Fiducie: training tomorrow's players" University Diploma is a
project for high-level legal training in response to a need in the field.
A legal training program of excellence, unique in France, bringing together the best professionals in the field to:
- meet the expectations of practitioners;
- master a cutting-edge technical tool;
- train today to make a difference tomorrow.

The DU "Fiducie : former les acteurs de demain" (Trust: training the players of tomorrow) is a 200-hour diploma in
classroom training, to which digital courses may be added. It is structured around 4 certificates.

Course period: December 2024 to July 2025 (C1 and C2)

Admission
Admission requirements
The DU "FIDUCIE : former les acteurs de demain" is open to:
- Continuing education: law and trust professionals (lawyers, notaries,
chartered accountants, banks, management companies), employees, future entrepreneurs;
- Training at law and notary schools;
- And, subject to available places, initial training: students with a
Master 1 or higher diploma (Master 2, doctorate) in law wishing to specialize in this field.
Selection: based on application (by the course directors) and/or interview (by the course directors).

Mandatory prerequisites
Prerequisites: Master 1 in Law (or diploma deemed
equivalent by the scientific directors of
the course) or 3 years' experience
professional experience related to the
diploma (assessed by the course directors).
