For several years now, mediation has been a major trend in legislation and practice.
Raising awareness of this amicable method of anticipating and resolving conflict is now essential for all students, professionals and citizens wishing to improve the quality of their relationships!
The "Mediation" course is a short course aimed at professionals with a Licence 3 who wish to acquire mediation skills (lectures and practical workshops). It is also open to students.
The advantages of this societal training program: complementary conferences and practical workshops to :
- a better understanding of the concepts of mediation,
- enrichment through theoretical, historical and practical contributions
- a change of perspective on the subject of conflicts in professional and personal life,
- discovery of the concept of non-violent communication as a mediation tool
- development of empathy and presence in mediation.

Program

The program takes place over a day and a half.
It combines theoretical contributions and practical workshops.
½ Day: Discovering the fundamentals of mediation
Afternoon
- Historical approach to mediation
- The place of mediation in alternative dispute resolution
- Mediation: an instrument for regulating the emotions
in conflicts
Method used: lectures by university experts
Day 2: Putting mediation into practice
Morning
- Discovering the "Nonviolent Communication" process as a mediation tool
Afternoon
- Expanding your capacity for empathy and presence in mediation
Method used: practical workshops led by a coach
certified as a CNV Mediator Psycho-practitioner IFS IS
