The University Diploma (DU) "Prépa Talents intégrée Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature (CPI ENM)" is a training program to prepare for the competitive examination for the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature.
Objectives
The Prépa' Talents "Direction de l'Action Publique" program is designed to help students prepare for the A+ and A competitive entrance exams in general administration.
- Ecole Nationale d'Administration competitive entrance examination (leading to a wide range of positions in the senior civil service: Conseil d'Etat, Cour des Comptes, Chambre régionale des comptes, Inspection des finances, corps préfectoral, etc.).
- Institut National des Etudes Territoriales competitive entrance examination (leading to the position of territorial administrator, a senior civil servant in local government, the equivalent of the enarques but in the territorial civil service).
- Le concours d'entrée aux Instituts Régionaux d'Administration (leading to various positions as state administrative executives, for example as project or study managers, purchasers, heads of offices, divisions or departments, directors of services in ministries, prefectures, decentralized state services, universities, etc.).).
- Le concours d'attaché territorial (leading to a variety of positions as administrative executives in local authorities, for example as project or study managers, buyers, heads of department, general directors of services in communes, départements, regions, intercommunalités...).
Program
The course includes:Instruction related to the written and oral exams of the 1st competitive entrance examination to the ENM;
Over the two semesters of the course, students will study public law, criminal law and procedure, civil law and procedure, and the note de synthèse, as well as complete preparation for the contemporary world knowledge test.
At the end of the second semester and after the written exams, preparation continues with classes in the various specialties that students choose to take, as well as preparation for the language orals.
Eligible candidates will also benefit from intensive preparation for all oral tests.
Admission
Admission requirements
Meet the entry requirements for the 1st competitive examination, i.e. be a student, of French nationality, hold a Bac+4 degree and be no more than 50 years and 5 months old on January 1 of the year of the competitive examination;
Undertake to register for and take the tests in the session following their preparation. Candidates are selected on the basis of an application file and a letter of motivation, followed by an interview.

The first step is to send in an application.
A selection committee then examines the applications. Students are recruited on a means-tested and merit-based basis, taking into account the candidate's background, aptitudes, motivation and potential.
Candidates are selected firstly on the basis of an application file accompanied by a letter of motivation, and then, following pre-selection on the basis of the application file, by an interview.
