The "Métiers de l'Education, de l'Enseignement, de la Formation" (MEEF) Master's degree in Educational Management is designed to provide the best possible preparation for the C.P.E. profession, and for working with teenagers in schools or other professional contexts.
It offers multi-disciplinary training (sociology, history, education sciences, psychology, philosophy, etc.), as well as an introduction to research, and contacts with professional circles through various internships (schools, associations, companies).
This course takes place at the Tours-Fondettes site only.
Objectives
The aim is to acquire a sound knowledge of reference knowledge about the education system and its issues, the needs of the public served, the C.P.E. profession and to develop varied professional skills, in line with the 2015 circular on C.P.E. missions.
Skills
On completion of the course, graduates will be able to :
- Master the French language by mobilizing written and spoken knowledge in the field of schooling
and Education - Exercise legitimate authority with teenagers in the context of individual and group follow-up to establish
educational relationships with teenagers or young adults. - Implementing individual and group follow-up methods, educational support aimed at trans-
missioning values and developing skills for teenagers and their families. - Analyze educational and pedagogical situations, and your own professional practice.
- Teamwork and sharing professional practices
- Communicate and cooperate with different partners, including families.
- Manage and coordinate a school life department.
- Understand research related to your field of activity
- Take advantage of research findings to apply them to professional practice.
- Use communication technologies for professional purposes
- Mastering a foreign language

Admission
Admission requirements
Access to 1st year
Bachelor's degree or equivalent for entry into 1st year of Master's programme
Access to 2nd year
Students holding an M1 or M2 degree other than a MEEF master's degree can be admitted to the program by means of a prior learning assessment procedure.
This diploma can be obtained through continuing education, with the possibility of validating professional experience.
